All swimmers swim 50m of all 4 strokes

• Initial seeding based on submitted 50m butterfly time
• Subsequent events seeded based on cumulative time to date

Awards made based on cumulative time.

Swimmers who have achieved the 2012 South East Region automatic qualifying time for 200m Ind Medley may not enter.

There is no need to include a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
