| Commitment: |
Swimmers are expected to attend for a
minimum 80% of training time in order to maintain their place within the
squad. Typical distance swum 2.8k per hour, 5k + per two hour session. |

| Criteria: |
Ability to swim all four strokes
legally, three at 200+ metres, (FC 400, 800, 1500), with strokes, starts
and turns in accordance with ASA technical laws. Achievement of County
qualifying times or within striking distance of same, at discretion of
coach. |

Achievement of county/district
qualifying times, continued technical work, timed swims, endurance,
speed. Maintenance of log book, nutrition, sports psychology. |

team galas, Speedo League, open meets, club competitions and time
