| Bridging: |
A bridging system will operate between

self-discipline, commitment to all sessions and, importantly, the
potential to succeed at a higher level. Many factors will be taken
into consideration. The coaches decisions are final. Bridging is an
evaluation process which does not guarantee promotion to the
higher squad. There is no finite period of time for this process.
Bridging swimmers may also be moved back to Swimskills or to Swimfit if
they are unhappy or unable to cope. |
