Hampshire North's team of Tom Mills, Sam Taylor, Joel Frank and Matt Morgan knocked 3 seconds off their entry time to finish the 4x100 Freeystyle Relay in a time of 4:02.05 at the National Age Group Championships at Ponds Forge in Sheffield today. Well done boys.
